Parents Kate and David Ogg were told that their baby boy Jamie was born dead. Devastated this mom held her baby on her heart cuddling, talking and stroking him for two hours. Kate had read about Kangeroo care years before and was giving it to her baby. Kangeroo care it is when a mother holds and cuddles the premature baby against her bare skin, much like a nurturing incubator outside the body.
Resigned to what the doctors had told them that the baby was gone this couple was just loving and saying goodbye when the miracle of life actually became a reality and the baby opened it’s eyes. This video is beautifully touching, explains and has footage of this wonderful miracle.
