This Friar’s Voice As He Sings, “Amazing Grace” Gave Us Chills He’s That Good!

When we heard Friar, Alessandro Brustenghi sing this version of, “Amazing Grace” it brought tears to our eyes it was so beautiful. The acoustics while he is singing in the empty church, and in the woods are incredible. Alessandro’s voice is outstanding, and you can feel the love he has for God shining through him. The very purpose of our lives is to give glory to God. Alessandro does this continuously as he constantly looks up adoringly while singing. He has said in interviews he is very shy, but when he starts singing that all changes.

Friar Alessandro loved music from an early age, but he also felt drawn to religious life. At the age of 21 he entered the, Order of the Friars Minor of Umbria, ten years after he became a Franciscan Friar. He happily lives in a Friary in, Assisi where he shares his God given talent singing with the choir.
