When LaVonte Dell got pulled over by the police he was anxious to say the least. While officer Jonathan Scaglione was talking to him he learned LaVonte was struggling and he was able to relate. He realized there was an opportunity to do some good for his fellow man. LaVonte desperately needed a car seat for Lauren his 3 year old, so Jonathan generously, not expecting anything in return, bought Lauren a car seat out of his own money.
