When Darius the man in this video watched a mother deer give birth in his yard, he had no idea he would be parenting her fawn after she left the poor injured baby behind. Knowing the fawn didn’t stand a chance at surviving on its own, he compassionately takes the baby deer in and nurses it to health.
This video journals his special time with the fawn from beginning to end, as he shares his experiences, and the fun he had caring for it until he releases it back into its mother’s care. By the end of the video one has to wonder who benefited more the man, or the fawn, they both seemed to enrich each others lives so much. This story was a sweet pleasure to watch.
