When this poor little Chihuahua puppy named Turbo roo was born without legs, vets wanted to put him down. Ashley Looper however came to his rescue and adopted him. Sharing his story, and fashioning rough prosthetics for the pup, they soon caught the attention of an engineer. Who kindly constructed him a tailor made prosthetic that helped the puppy get around even better. Now this sweet little puppy is enjoying life to the fullest with his ability to scoot around. This pup is so cute it’s no wonder his story has gone viral we all love this happy ending!
