This story is a wonderful testimony of the miraculous power of prayer. Hunter chesser was only two days old when his mother, Casey noticed something was just not right with her baby, as he just wasn’t eating enough. X rays revealed the traumatic news that the baby had a mass that took up two thirds of the his stomach. Doctors Recommended immediate surgery as the baby couldn’t eat enough to be able to live. While waiting for the surgery Casey’s brother Morgan got on Facebook and asked for prayer. Thousands of people from all over came together in prayer. Casey and Jack were overwhelmed at the huge outpouring.
While feeding Hunter the night before His surgery, Casey noticed that Hunter was suddenly able to tolerate eating more. Casey knew something was different so she clung to hope, and had faith that her baby was going to be alright. Thankfully the doctors ordered an MRI before they did the surgery, and that MRI shocked both doctors and the parents. The mass was miraculously gone!
Casey knows her son was healed by the Grace of God in answer to all those prayers, and that if we ask we will receive, like it says in the Bible in Mathew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” We are happy to see Hunter is well and healed. We also believe that All praise, glory, and honor for this miracle belongs to God the Father Almighty. Amen!
